Telephone coaching is not new. Coaching session have be conducted this way for some time
This form of coaching can benefit individuals that either
live out side Greater Manchester or have a busy calender.
Your location does not have to be a barrier to working with a coach.
There will be an assessment to clarify your hopes ,dreams and bring focus to your journey of self discovery.
After each coaching call I will send you a full report on issues discussed and a break down of Goals and tasks to be implemented over the coming week.
You will be working along side your coach,discussing and implementing goals and celebrating your achievements. |

This will halp you gain confidance and develop your coaching skills
By developing your skills you will be enhencing your cliants chances of success

Overcoming the barrers that ADHD puts before you and moving on with your life.
Session will be booked by appointment on a one-to-one bases
Home visits available with in the Greater Manachester area
Out side this area traverling expences will be added.
Sessions can be billed for each individual session or billed for a block of 10.
